1. Scope and Acceptance

Mountains Research ("we", "us", "our") is a specialized United Kingdom supplier of research-grade peptides and related laboratory reconstitution compounds. By accessing our website, placing an order, or submitting a purchase request, you agree to be bound unconditionally by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with every provision in these terms, you must not access this platform or order any products from Mountains Research.

2. Purchaser Qualifications and Representations

By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You possess appropriate laboratory qualifications, safety equipment, and scientific training, or are procuring on behalf of an established research facility, university, or corporate laboratory.
• The materials will be handled strictly in compliance with applicable chemical handling, safety data sheet (SDS), and statutory UK health and safety regulations.
• You will not administer, resell, repackage, or distribute any compound for human or animal application.

3. Regulatory Status and Non-Medical Disclaimer

The compounds catalogued by Mountains Research (including Retatrutide, GHK-Cu, and Bacteriostatic Water) are not registered pharmaceutical medicines, licensed food supplements, or veterinary preparations. They have not undergone evaluation or approval by the UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), the European Medicines Agency (EMA), or the US FDA for human or animal therapeutic use.

Mountains Research accepts no responsibility or liability for any consequences arising from improper handling, deviation from recognized laboratory protocols, or unauthorized consumption.

4. Customer Accounts and Guest Checkout

Mountains Research does not permit customer account creation. Checkout is conducted exclusively via direct guest submission. We do not store customer passwords or require login credentials. Order tracking and communications are associated solely with the generated order reference and your provided contact details.

5. Pricing, Bulk Tiers and Payment via Fena

All prices are stated in British Pounds Sterling (GBP, £). Displayed product pricing includes bulk quantity discounts when purchasing multiple units of identical variants within a single line (1 unit at full price, 3 units at 10% off, 5 units at 15% off, and 10+ units at 30% off).

Payments are processed via Fena, an FCA-regulated open banking gateway. Mountains Research never collects, stores, or handles payment card numbers or personal banking credentials. All payment authorizations occur securely inside your own banking institution's application via Fena's PSD2-compliant interface.

6. Fulfilment and Royal Mail Click & Drop

Upon payment confirmation from Fena, eligible orders are integrated automatically into the Royal Mail Click & Drop system. Packaging is neutral, secure, and dispatched domestically via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Free shipping is extended to UK orders totaling £50 or greater after all applicable bulk discounts.

7. Returns and Defective State Policy

Due to the sensitive biochemical nature of lyophilised peptides and ancillary solutions, returns are strictly governed by our Returns Policy. Unopened, verified defective compounds reported in accordance with that policy will be evaluated, and approved returns are destroyed upon receipt to ensure uncontaminated chain of custody.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
